當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間10月29日,歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布消息稱結(jié)束了反補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查,決定對(duì)從中國進(jìn)口的電動(dòng)汽車(BEV)征收為期五年的最終反補(bǔ)貼稅。在接受中國新聞網(wǎng)采訪時(shí),德國聯(lián)邦經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對(duì)外貿(mào)易協(xié)會(huì)主席米夏埃爾·舒曼(Michael Schumann)指出,這一舉措將導(dǎo)致一損俱損。
舒曼強(qiáng)調(diào),中國電動(dòng)車的先進(jìn)技術(shù)是推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新的重要?jiǎng)恿Γ偁幙梢詾闅W洲消費(fèi)者提供更便宜、技術(shù)更先進(jìn)的車型。然而,隨著反補(bǔ)貼稅的實(shí)施,歐洲車企將受到打擊,最終代價(jià)將轉(zhuǎn)嫁給消費(fèi)者,導(dǎo)致電動(dòng)車價(jià)格居高不下。這種局面顯然不利于歐洲的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型。(記者 陳天浩)
During an interview with China News Network, Michael Schumann, chairman of the Board of the German Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade, noted that the EU’s decision to impose definitive countervailing duties on Chinese-made electric vehicles will bring loss to everyone.
He stressed that Chinese carmakers adopt the best technology at the moment, and the competition between Chinese carmakers and European carmakers will drive innovation in Europe. However, the countervailing duties will seriously hit European carmakers, and that will be transferred to the consumer, leading to high prices of electric cars that will not lower. “It will not lead us to a faster transition to green mobility,” Schumann concluded.
